We wanted to make sure that every episode was as engaging and captivating as possible – not just with detailed and informative content – but also with an entertaining narrative and sound design.
First, we sat down and outlined exactly what we wanted each episode of Volume 2 to cover. Specifying that unifying thread allowed us to create a sense of cohesion that helped ease listeners into the topics being discussed in each show. This ensured directionality without sacrificing creativity.
Once we had drafted our structure for this volume of our podcast, it was time to actually produce it! To make sure our episodes were up to par with industry standards while still maintaining an edginess bound by their own narrative rules, we used a combination of software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Logic Pro X, Reaper and more. For example Recorded audio snippets via proxies created in Adobe Audition increased the versatility of our soundscape greatly due to its non-destructive nature allowing for rerecording after production process had been completed.
By utilizing multi-track mixing in both Reaper and Logic Pro X then exporting them into Cuebase later on down the workflow pipeline enabled us to craft unique effects such as vocal overlay or sweeping Foley noises necessary for creating tension or excitement whenever required by script .
Furthermore dynamic range compression tools provided via Integrated Preamps along with phantom power supply improved clearly hearable instrumentation techniques already present within stunning soundtrack compositions brainstormed prior installment airing Rights for those examples were gained via home studio setup involving multiple integrated MIDI Controllers connected through USB hub ensuring accurate pressure sensitivity matching.. Those tweaks aided immensely in continuity state across entire duration project managing simultaneous channels whilst providing extra layer spectral clarity streamlining
